Counter Notification

• Your contact information.
• Identification of the removed content.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
• Your electronic or physical signature.

We will review all valid counter-notifications in accordance with applicable law.

Repeat Infringers

NanoTools reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for users who repeatedly violate intellectual property rights.

False Claims

Submitting fraudulent or knowingly false copyright claims may expose the sender to legal liability.

Please ensure that all information provided is truthful and accurate.

Processing Requests

We review every copyright complaint carefully and aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Submitting a request does not guarantee immediate removal.
